Hiring: Junior Business Analyst

BVS is looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow your career in business analysis, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
-Support requirements gathering and documentation
-Create user stories, process flows, and use cases
-Analyze current vs. future business processes
-Communicate with business, technical, and QA teams
What We’re Looking For:
*Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
* 0-2 years of experience in a business, analytical, or project-focused role (internship experience is a plus).
*Strong analytical and communication skills
*Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
*Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bonus Skills:
*Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
*Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
